Acoustic Glazed Wall & Timber Craftsmanship
A standout feature of this City Beach renovation is the striking acoustic glazed wall, crafted from rich Marri timber and double-glazed glass. Designed to divide the upstairs and downstairs living zones, it serves as both a practical acoustic barrier and a sculptural art piece in its own right. Complementing this is the staircase, meticulously constructed from solid Tuart timber—hundreds of years old—infusing the space with warmth, history, and authenticity. Every grain of wood tells a story, reflecting our commitment to preserving Western Australia’s natural beauty within a modern home.
Seamless Indoor-Outdoor Living
This City Beach renovation celebrates open, connected living through its seamless flow from the interior to the outdoors. The Tasmanian oak panelling surrounding the gas fireplace forms a striking focal point, echoed in the soffit of the expansive alfresco area. Outside, the luxurious entertaining space features a built-in BBQ, wine fridge, and outdoor sink, perfectly complementing the indoor kitchen’s generous island and electric cooktop. The design encourages effortless movement from kitchen to living area, then out to a beautifully integrated outdoor zone complete with a fire and pizza oven—all framed by expertly engineered retaining walls that stabilise and enhance the steep City Beach block.
