Subiaco's leafy streets are filled with character homes.  When Core WA was asked to renovate this dated property it was important to pay careful attention to detail on the exterior, concentrating on features such as eaves and moldings to provide an authentic renovation in keeping with all the other character homes in the street.

As a local builder we know it is key to feature such things as awnings and casement timber windows, large skirting boards, ornate cornices, and ceiling roses. These were incorporated in keeping with what the original home would have looked like.

The old small poky kitchen was extended and completely replaced with this beautiful quaker kitchen, opening up to the new lounge and dining rooms.
