When Core WA began work on this renovation project the original home was in a poor state of repair, with a serious need of some TLC.  They needed a Local Builder  that could turn this project around in record time.

Our clients were looking for a Local Builder  to reinvent this old rental home. Core WA remodeled most of the living spaces, re configuring walls and rearranging the original floor plan to create more light and space. This renovation included a new open kitchen dining and living area.  All the bathrooms were ripped out, re designed and finished with a more modern look. A study was created off the second living area, new flooring was installed and the property was painted inside and out.

In only two weeks this run-down property was renovated and transformed into a comfortable family home, with a bright and spacious feel.
