Residential Second Storey Extension and Renovation

Our brief for this client was to Extend Renovate their home in Nedlands.  To modify an existing building into a larger family-oriented home, which met the needs of a young family, whilst maintaining the traditional front facade.

We worked with our client’s appointed architect to create an innovative solution to the unique challenge of a complete renovation and extension that preserved the original appearance and front two rooms of the building. Every room in the house was updated, to create a seamless sophisticated style. With the internal walls moved the addition of a new kitchen included utilising a built in fish tank as part of the splash back.

After completing the initial renovation and extension on the main building the client returned to us and requested an extension be added to the back of the home. The new two-story wing included a games room and laundry on the ground floor, with 3 double bedrooms opening up onto a balcony and bathroom on the first floor.The result is a stunning family home, which offers a flexible but luxurious living space.
