The new owners of this property wanted a Extension and Renovation to revitalise this older property and open it up inside for a more modern feel. This quaint character home needed renovations on a lean-to, which had been constructed with asbestos. Core WA was asked to Extend and Renovate the old extension with a new kitchen, dining and living room.

Replacing the original roof, and accessing the overall structural integrity of the original building was essential before work began on the addition to the home.

Structural beams were replaced and internal walls were taken out to open up the living area. A new bright kitchen with hardwood flooring was created to create a modern and light atmosphere.
