With over 30 years’ experience in building homes, we understand the requirements pertaining to drainage, soil retention, driveway access, height restriction and retaining walls when it comes to building Two Storey Home Extensions in Perth on a sloping sites. Building a home on a sloping site can be challenging for both the architect and the builder. To renovate requires the ability to problem solve and think outside the box.

The existing 1960’s house on this project had been partially renovated and had a ground floor level 20 m higher than the road level up a very steep driveway. The main part of our works were at the rear of the block including a Two Storey Home Extension , all of which were to be built while the family of 5 lived in the property. As machines were unable to access the site everything from earthworks, demolition, to getting materials where they needed to be had to be thought out carefully.

We worked very closely with the client (who were excellent with their decision making process) which made for a quick build and formed an excellent platform to create a fantastic product of which everyone involved in the project can be proud of.
